Dubai-based loyalty programme rewards shopping with unique experiences

Spending with benefits

If you are a bit of a shopaholic like team then you are already part of numerous loyalty programmes that reward you for your purchases. But what if the rewards were a little more meaningful than simple cash back?

This is where MUSE – a brand new venture from Chalhoub group – stands apart from the rest. Their aim is to connect and engage with customers by offering them one-of-a-kind experiences that they will actually enjoy. These curated memorable moments include makeovers by NARS, luxury spa days and even get-aways personally tailored to you.

In the last five months, over 175,000 people have signed up to MUSE – which is free to join. The programme includes benefits at over 35 luxury brands from fashion retailers such as Level Shoes, Michael Kors, Dolce & Gabbana, Max Mara and Salvatore Ferragamo as well as coveted beauty brands including L’Occitane, NARS and Urban Decay.

Not only that but you can also enjoy exclusive benefits such as a dedicated MUSE concierge, valet parking, complimentary home delivery, birthday rewards, priority access to sales and tailored MUSE gift boxes throughout the year.

Working on a tier system – for every Dhs1 you spend you get 1 tier point – there are a total of three tier categories of benefits. First one is the Emerald for those who have 0 – 9,999 tier points, they get 1 point for Dhs1. Saphire is for those who clocked up between 10,000 – 29,999 points and receive 2 points for Dhs1; and Ruby members that earned 30,000 up receive 3 points per Dhs1 spent.

It might be an app, but the importance of human connection is at the heart, technology just helps to facilitate those connections in a meaningful way. After all, don’t we all want to feel special when shopping?
