Sheikh Hamdan’s Dubai Fitness Challenge returns with a new format

Ready to reset your fitness goals and go beyond your comfort zone? HH Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of Dubai Executive Council, is bringing back the Dubai Fitness Challenge (DFC) for its fourth edition.

Set to kick off on October 30, series of workouts and activations will be running across the city until November 28, although the format will be slightly different from the previous years due to COVID-19.

As well as physical classes, DFC will also host an array of virtual workshops to maintain the safety of the participants.

The premise is simple, all you have to do is a 30-minute workout every day for 30 days. Seems pretty simple right? But the results will surprise you.

Just like before, a bunch of studios and gyms will be taking part in hosting events across fitness and wellness to make exercise as accessible as possible to all who just want to get moving and improve their lifestyle.

With a wide variety of classes to choose from, you are bound to find something to inspire your wellness journey, we might even get a fitness celebrity back in town like last year when The Body Coach, Joe Wicks, attempted the world’s largest group HIIT class.

Dubai Fitness Challenge line up is yet to be announced, but with the weather finally improving we can expect plenty of outdoor classes that you can book in for.

For now, you can make your first step by registering on the Dubai Fitness Challenge website.
