After being closed for just over a month, as of today the Dubai Mall has officially reopened its doors in partial capacity.
The largest mall in the UAE confirmed it was reopening over the weekend between the hours of 12pm to 10pm, and there have been “extensive preparations” for the mall to reopen.
There will be guidelines shoppers must follow when going to all malls, including Dubai Mall. Mall-goers can only visit malls for a maximum of three hours, must wear a mask and will also be required to go through health checks at the entrances upon arriving. Similarly, social distancing practices will also need to be adhered to.
Age limits will also apply for entry to malls. Children from ages three to 12 and those over 60 will not be permitted to enter malls, and shopping centres will only be able to operate a maximum of 30 per cent capacity.
Having said that, if you’re in need of any items at present, or need to do some Ramadan or Eid gift shopping here’s some stores that are now open in Dubai Mall.
