6 fabulous things to do in Dubai this weekend

Here’s your ultimate guide to this weekend in Dubai – 12 November to 14 November.

A new menu

Whether you’ve already been to Ce La Vi or not, we’ve got the perfect excuse to sit in the company of the best views of the Burj Khalifa this weekend – the sky-high restaurant has added some fabulous new dishes to its menu.
Curated specially by Chef Howard Ko, new hero dishes include Warm Sunchoke Coconut Soup, rich Tagliatelle Mushroom Fricassee, Campanelle with Lamb Ragu and Sticky Date Pudding. Trust us, it’s a must-try.

A bespoke perfume experience

Wanting to find the perfect fragrance that’s just right for you? Then perhaps try heading down to Oo La Lab in n Warehouse 59 in Al Quoz. Whether you’re in a group or it’s just for you, you’ll be able to decide your perfect scent being led by an expert who will show you the science behind a fragrance. Follow the simple three-step system: Build, Mix, Pour.

An Eau de Parfum workshop is priced from Dhs320 per person. There’s also the option can do it from home by yourself.

Pool day

Enjoy a fabulous pool day at Le Meridien Dubai on Friday or Saturday for just Dhs150 which is fully redeemable against F&B at the pool bar.

Dine under the stars

Enjoy some of the best views of the DIFC skyline at Ninive for dinner. The restaurant located at Jumeirah Emirates Towers serves up a range of delicious Arabic and North African favourites, with the menu inspired by the flavours of Morocco, Iran, Iraq and Turkey. Whilst dining you can also enjoy a musical journey with a mix of North African, Gulf and Middle east Cultures with a twist of electronic influences curated by the house DJs.

Brunch at the beach

Combining the best of both worlds – the beach and brunch – White Beach’s popular brunch ‘Burn’ is making a return this weekend. Enjoy a nice meal and drinks with friends first, then slip into your swimsuit and head to the pool. Running every Friday from noon to 4pm, packages start at Dhs295 for soft drinks; Dhs395 for house drinks and Dhs525 for champagne.

Pamper session

Enjoy an amazing pamper session right from your home with the help from Abu Dhabi-based start-up Rizek. Partnering with Bedashing Beauty, a popular UAE-based salon, clients can now enjoy their favourite beauty treatments without having to go into the salon. By booking straight from the app, customers can now receive premium beauty services in the comfort of their homes from one of the top salons. They can also do so with complete ease of mind as Bedashing’s experts abide with all national safety measures and meticulously sanitise their tools and accessories.
