Popular wellness week is back

Having to break from your usual routine can have a knock on effect on your overall wellness. Spending more time at home requires extra discipline to keep on track of your mental and physical health.

Thankfully, Tania’s Teahouse is back with it’s popular wellness week, but this time it’s going to be a little different.

Due to the global pandemic and the recent directive to keep residents indoors as much as possible, the cafe has migrated online to bring you workshops, talks and tutorials with 18 different experts.

From April 7 to April 15, you can tune into two different workshops per day taking place at 10am and then 4pm.

Hosted on @TaniasTeahouse Instagram Live, most sessions will be interactive with Q&A at the end, and all will be available for 24 hour afterwards in case you miss any.

Catering to all interests, expect a vegan cooking class; a 45-minute stretch session with Yogi; a lesson in aromatherapy candles (get a head start with our guide to essential oils); a talk on coping with anxiety; and much more.
