Kylie Jenner is still managing to grace magazine covers even in self-isolation, and she’s doing so alongside her adorable daughter Stormi.
You may be wondering how exactly this mother-daughter duo managed to shoot a magazine cover in isolation – admittedly, us too.
However, Kylie revealed her new Czechoslovakia cover with two-year-old Stormi was actually shot on an iPhone over FaceTime.
“New cover with my baby for @vogueczechoslovakia shot at home on my iPhone,” the 22-year-old captioned her post of the cover on Instagram, which was done by fashion photographers Luca and Alessandro Morelli.
The Morelli brothers also shared some sweet behind-the-scenes screenshots of the FaceTime call with Kylie and Stormi, and how they managed the virtual shoot. The makeup mogul and her daughter were sweetly snuggled up in bed together.
Kylie recently shared her fears for her daughter Stormi, whilst paying tribute to George Floyd, a Black man who was tragically killed by a police officer in Minneapolis, Minnesota on May 25.
The now ex-police officer, Derek Chauvin, has been charged him with third-degree murder and second-degree manslaughter. There are now protests taking place all over the USA and beyond in solidarity with the #BlackLivesMatter movement and standing against police brutality.
Jenner, 22, took to Instagram to share her despair at watching the “devastating and completely heartbreaking video showing the murder of George Floyd”.
“I’ll never personally experience the pain and fear that many black people around the country go through every day but I know nobody should have to live in fear and nobody deserves a death like George Floyd and too many others,” she continued.
She went on to recognise the USA was currently experiencing “two horrific pandemics”, one of them being racism. The mother-of-one also shared her fears for her daughter, Stormi, who is Black.
“I fear for my daughter and I hope for a better future for her,” she said. “My heart breaks for George Floyd’s family and friends.
“Don’t let his name be forgotten. Keep sharing, keep watching, keep speaking out, because it’s the only way we can come together to help bring this much-needed change and awareness. Rest In Peace, George Floyd.”
