Lemons are loaded with vitamin C, honey has antibacterial properties and its high viscosity helps form a protective barrier in the body to help fight infection, while cinnamon is high in antioxidants and has anti-inflammatory properties. In addition to being a great immunity booster, this shot also helps boost collagen.
Method: Boil three to four sticks of cinnamon bark (can be broken into smaller pieces) in two cups of water for 45 minutes and strain. Set aside to cool for a few minutes. Add fresh lemon and honey according to the taste. You can also store the drink in the fridge before serving it.

If you don’t you can get similar beneficial results from drinking fermented apple cider vinegar.
Method: Add two tablespoons of organic apple cider vinegar to a glass of distilled water (that’s water that has been boiled and cooled). Drink every morning.

Use two tablespoons of the mixture to one cup of hot water, mix it well for a minute or two add and few mint leaves (if you have) before serving yourself and family.
