Love is in the air!
It is 2019, and relationships are made or broken based on social media presence, especially on Instagram. So, when Egyptian actress, Salma Abu Deif posted a picture of her with an Italian man, fans believed that she was making it “Instagram official”.
While at Milan for fashion week, the actress posted a picture with her beau, which she captioned: “My one and only❤️ @umbidm.” The photo sent her followers into a frenzy. However, supportive comments from her close friends seemed to confirm the relationship. Not one to leave people wondering, Salma replied to an Instagram comment asking if this means she is “Instagram official,” saying: “hahahaha yes.”
Meanwhile, the 25-year-old’s boyfriend also posted a picture of them on his Instagram. Solidifying the status of his relationship, he shared another photo of them at an event, simply captioning it: “#extreme.£
So who is this mystery man? All that is known from his Instagram is that he works in the fashion industry, as the Chief Environmental Officer of Yatay, an Italian sneakers brand. Unfortunately, his full name is not shared on social media, and he refers to himself as UDM, but we are sure we will soon know his name.
Salma, a previous regular at Egypt’s El Gouna Film Festival missed the third edition of the event this year. Instead, she spent her days in Milan, attending fashion week events and perhaps showing her support to her Italian beau.
