HUAWEI WATCH GT 7 Pro: Where Outdoor Aesthetics Meet Modern Design
HUAWEI WATCH GT 7 Pro brings the spirit of rugged mountains to its design, introducing a fresh outdoor aesthetic. It features an octagonal bezel that aligns with the sharp and sleek look of the GT Pro of the previous generation. With sharp edges and clean lines, the design balances sporting energy with a fashionable texture.
Choose Your Colour
The HUAWEI WATCH GT 7 Pro draws inspiration from the great outdoors, offering three colour options: Yellow, Green and Black.
Inspired by deep pine forests and morning frost, the dark green bezel and silver case give this one a subtle outdoorsy feel. It’s particularly fitting for cycling, but still works beautifully off the bike.
A deep black finish, punctuated by a red detail on the watch face. Sleek enough for everyday wear, with a little trail-running attitude.
A bold yellow strap meets a black bezel and silver case for a sportier look. Inspired by golden morning light above the snow line, it’s designed to stand out on the slopes and beyond.
Science-Based Workouts, All-Round Advancement
Whether cycling for leisure or advancing on the road, practising golf or competing on the green, or even performing simple and effective mini-workouts anytime, anywhere, the series delivers professional data, scientific guidance and safety protection. Additionally, the watch supports third-party apps for pickleball, tennis, badminton and strength training via the Workout Service feature, delivering enhanced fitness data to let users enjoy a diverse range of workout experiences.

AI Workout Analysis, Tracking Your Progress
The HUAWEI WATCH GT 7 Series features AI workout analysis. Its AI fitness algorithm analyses and summarises workout records, offering actionable improvement suggestions. With a single tap, users can access professional workout analysis – convenient, scientific, and tailored for outdoor enthusiasts. For example, in cycling, the AI workout analysis feature examines data such as virtual power, speed, heart rate, gradient and virtual cadence to deliver an overall performance evaluation. After the workout, this feature comprehensively analyses and summarises the user’s records, providing targeted improvement suggestions based on weaknesses – such as insufficient power output in specific sections or unstable cadence. This helps users enhance their performance scientifically and avoid ineffective training.
Health Management On Your Wrist
The HUAWEI WATCH GT 7 Series offers advanced health management features to help users intuitively track changes in their physical condition. It delivers scientific health insights and proactive risk alerts, comprehensively safeguarding both physical and mental well-being.
New Health Insights for Daily Wellness
New Morning Briefing:
The watch delivers a morning briefing 5 to 10 minutes after the user wakes up. This feature offers personalised health insights based on the user’s health and fitness data from the previous day, such as: “Poor sleep quality may be related to exercise duration and stress.” It also provides tailored recommendations for exercise and rest, helping users understand their health status and adopt a healthy lifestyle with regular exercise and science-based routines.
New Physical Readiness:
This feature assesses the user’s physical condition using sleep quality, HRV, emotional state and calories burned, categorising readiness into five levels: excellent, good, moderate, low and attention required. It displays the user’s recovery status upon waking. A higher score indicates sufficient recovery, while a lower score suggests potential overexertion or insufficient rest. For example: If the user has rested well and maintained a balanced workload, the watch might display: “Your readiness score is 92, which is higher than your usual range. This is a positive sign. Keep it up!” If the user’s score is low due to consecutive late nights or overwork, the watch might show: “Your sleep recovery is insufficient. Take a break today and avoid overexertion.” This helps users gradually build healthier habits.
New Celia AI Health Insights
Leveraging intelligent algorithms, Celia AI Health Insights analyses data across multiple dimensions – heart health, sleep, stress, medication, diet and even phone usage – to deliver in-depth insights and personalised recommendations. This empowers users to clearly understand their physical changes and adjust their lifestyle and exercise routines accordingly.
Please note: The HUAWEI WATCH GT 7 Series is not a medical device. Health data and insights are for reference only and should not be used for diagnosis or treatment.
