Listen up music fans, there are several show stopping concerts coming your ways. From international, to regional and even local acts, it seems like 2020 will be a great year for music in the UAE.

February

Martin Garrix

The award-winning DJ is set to headline the 2020 edition of Virgin Radio’s RedFestDXB. Martin Garrix will take to the stage on Thursday February 6, and will be followed by rapper Young Thug and Brit indie pop band, Bastille.

Young Thug

The American rapper will be making his Dubai debut for the first night of RedFestDXB. Young Thug has collaborated with several artists including Travis Scott, Gucci Mane, Waka Flocka Flame and Richie Homie.

The British indie band are best known for their hit and will be taking to the RedFestDXB stage on Thursday, February 6.

Stormzy

British rapper Stormzy is on the top of his game, so it is no surprise that he will be headlining day two of RedFestDXB on Friday, February 7. The hitmaker is known for songs like and Ed Sheeran’s which he is featured on.

Noah Cyrus

Miley Cyrus’ baby-sister, Noah Cyrus has stepped out of her sister’s shadow after the release of her hit debut single , featuring Labrinth. The singer’s tour is sold out but fans will be able to catch her live at Virgin Radio’sRedFestDXB on Friday, February 7.

Machine Gun Kelly

The American rapper first broke into the music scene in 2012 and has been releasing hits ever since. Machine Gun Kelly is best known for his smash-hit song Bad Things which featured Camilla Cabello. He will be following Stormzy on Friday with Cheat Codes and DJ Dany Neville also taking to the stage that night.

a-ha

The Norwegian pop trio a-ha released their debut album 35 years ago and are now set to bring their Hunting High And Low tour to the UAE. The pop band will bring their biggest hits to Dubai for two nights, performing on February 10 and 11 at the Dubai Opera.

Lauryn Hill

The Emirates Airline Dubai Jazz Festival is returning for its 18th edition and the line-up is incredible. The show will kick off with legendary singer Lauryn Hill at the Dubai Media City Amphitheatre on Wednesday February 26.

Lionel Richie

The  hitmaker is the second artist expected to grace the stage for the 18th edition of the Emirates Airline Dubai Jazz Festival. Fans can expect to hear some of Lionel Richie’s iconic songs like ,  and 

One Republic

American pop-rock band, One Republic are also set to perform at the Emirates Airline Dubai Jazz Festival. Taking to the stage on Friday, the Counting Stars hitmakers will be closing the three-day music festival, performing other hit tunes like  and

Russ

American rapper, singer and record producer Russ will return to Dubai in March 2020. Performing at Dubai’s Coca-Cola Arena for the first time, the hitmaker will bring hits like  and  to the big stage on Friday, March 27. Tickets are available for sale now, staring  from AED 250.

April

Louis Tomlinson

Once a part of five-member band One Direction, Louis Tomlinson is returning to Dubai, this time as a solo artist. He will be bringing his world tour to Dubai’s Coca-Cola Arena, performing some of his biggest hits, which include ,  and Tickets are on sale from AED 295.

May

Iron Maiden

Fan of heavy metal? Then you would be happy to know that Iron Maiden are bringing their worldwide Legacy of the Beast tour to Dubai in May. The iconic band will perform at Dubai’s Coca-Cola Arena on Wednesday, May 27. The band has been releasing music for more than 40 years, so you can expect to hear some of their biggest hits on tour, which has been attended by more than 2 million heavy metal fans around the world.
