Detox Rocks: Lockdown Your Health With An Immunity-Boosting Cleanse

Our bodies and minds are going through a tough time as we struggle through the COVID-19 pandemic. Although the body is designed to eliminate toxins, environmental pollutants, additive-laden foods and increased stress can put a downer on its detoxing abilities. Luckily, there is a lot you can do to give your body a helping hand to get rid of the blues and boost your health and happiness!

The practice of detoxification is based on a few key principles:
