Strictly Come Dancing judge Len Goodman does naked cha-cha’s with his wife

Just as the celebrity line up for this year’s Strictly Come Dancing starts to heat up, judge Len Goodman raised the temperature even higher with his honest – and raunchy – confession.

The former professional dancer and former judge, 75, revealed how he keeps the spark alive between him and his wife Sue – who is 21 years his junior.

He teased, ‘I don’t dance at all now but I’ll dance the cha-cha naked just to give her a treat. It certainly wakes her up.’

Len, who is on his third marriage, retired from the BBC One show but admits he still watches strictly in his spare time and feels jealous that he’s not sitting on the panel anymore.

He explained, ‘It’s like having a girlfriend who you’ve dated for a while. But when you see her out with another bloke, you think, ‘No that’s not right, that was my girl. So it feels funny but I don’t miss it – it’s about looking forward not back.’

And Len is so focused on his future that he admits he couldn’t be swayed to return – even as a guest judge.

He added, ‘Even if they asked me to go back as a guest judge, I wouldn’t.’

After Darcey Bussell announced she was bowing out of judging duties back in April this year, her replacement – Motsi Mabuse – was revealed last month.

Among the celebrities so far confirmed to take on the challenge to win the glitterball trophy are goal-keeper David James, comedian Chris Ramsay and EastEnders’ Emma Barton. Plus latest announcements former Coronation street star Catherine Tyldesley and YouTube sensation Saffron Barker.

In a statement released after the announcement, Catherine said: “I’m thrilled to be a part of this year’s Strictly Come Dancing. I’m a huge fan of the show. It’ll be my biggest challenge to date as I’m not much of a dancer, but I’ve always wanted to learn the skill and the time feels right! I’m nervous as hell but super excited to work with such talented professionals. Hold onto your jazz shoes… mine is sure to be a bumpy/clumsy/fun ride!’

Catherine left the Corrie cobbles back in 2018 so she could take on different acting roles and spend more time with her four-year-old son Alfie and husband Tom Pitfield.
